Space Top Additives
Additives for use with Space Top
and Space Clear to overcome a number of application conditions and weather
conditions. we would recommended to always seek technical advice from our
Technical department.
Space Fast
Drying additive to combat severe
weather conditions and low temperatures, which are present at the time of
application, reducing the drying time of the product when applied in low
temperatures. Space fast is added to either Space Top or Space Clear at a percentage
of 1% to the total mixture A+B
Space BP
Additive to prevent cratering and
bubble formation, which can be encountered in certain weather conditions within
the coating. Space BP is formulated to be used with the topcoat to over come
the problem and is added to the topcoat at a percentage of between 0.5-1%
depending on conditions, to the total mixture A+B
Space HP
Anti-moisture additive used where
humidity conditions could affect application. Space HP is recommended in
particular conditions of humidity. Space HP has been developed to be used with
the topcoat added at a percentage of between 1-5% depending on the conditions,
to the total mixture A+B
Space SP
Anti-silicone additive used to
remove traces of silicone present on the substrate, which may affect the
coating application. Space SP must be applied directly on to the substrate with
a wet cloth and the substrate should be suitably cleaned to remove any trace of
silicone before the application of Space Top or Space Clear.
Redilfast
Special additive/thinner formulated
to accelerate the drying of Skipper's line one-component synthetic products or
aliphatic two-component products. Redilfast is recommended to be used
with the coatings added at a percentage of up to 20% which would be used in
place of a normal thinner.
